Process
Step 1: Assign Schedules
Assign student schedules with the Schedule Planner in eduSched, and publish them so that rotation information can be pulled into the Absence Request Interface.
Step 2: Create Absence Requests
Students can then make Absence Requests, specifying the type of absence they’ll be taking, uploading documents, and including rotation information.
Step 3: Approve or Deny
Administrators can then process a student’s absence requests, making denial notes if a student has not included enough information. Students can then update their requests.
