Manage and review all information about students in one intuitive interface. Allow instructors to record and keep track of several different types of information including emergency contact information, immunizations, work and education experience, copies of documentation, etc. Assign students to a cohort and region so all eMedley applications will populate rosters and run select reports based on these groups.

Faculty Information

Keep track of all faculty information, from basic identification information to custom fields. All implemented eMedley applications will automatically pull from this database so that administrators are never having to input the same information multiple places.

Clinical Site Information

 

Track and manage information about clinical sites including available rotations, contacts, logistics from hours of operation to available food options, contract details, affiliation agreements, preceptors and administrators, documentation, schedules, and much more within one easy-to-use system. In addition to helping administrators organize huge amounts of information, the information is then used throughout eMedley Nursing to automatically populate fields for scheduling, evaluations, reports, etc.

Preceptor Information

 

Record and review information and documentation of all preceptors in the program. Store information provided by preceptors including boards/licenses, credentials, scheduling details, etc. Also track preceptors hours, pay, and experience. 

Automated Reminders

 

Keep track of document and licensure expiration dates with automated reminders to update or renew. Additionally, run reports based on expiration dates to see what documents will need to updated within any given time frame. Save time and money while getting reminders to stay on top of things.

Portfolios
Automatically generate portfolios from recorded data about students, including experience, volunteer work, and other fully customizable content blocks and pages. The portfolios also have pre-loaded templates and themes to suit a variety of visual styles. Portfolios can be an amazing template to use as a foundation, once students start searching for health careers after schooling. They include everything that potential hospitals/practice would need to see for hiring!
